Some area beach wedding chapels say business is booming

North Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach allow weddings in the sand, while Horry County and Myrtle Beach do not allow what they call commercial weddings, where a preacher, photographer or anyone else makes money from the ceremony, according to the local ordinances and government officials. More »
