As the clock approached 2:30 p.m. Sunday, the polka band on the Beer Garden Stage stopped playing, players in the ensemble from the Washington Jazz Society put down their instruments and a worker flashed a sign that read "Quiet Please" in front of the noisy crowd at Canonsburg's Oktoberfest. More »
