Starring Ambrose Hsu and Nichola Cheung Synopsis: 14 years ago, Elaine, beautiful and rich, picked up "Cherrie's diary" by chance. Since then, Elaine has made up her mind--she must find her "Sam", an earthy and straightforward, yet a gentle-hearted man. 7 years ago, WASHINGTON arrives in an island in Malaysia to build a pet cemetery. Elaine is forced by her daddy to blind-date RICKY, the son of the richest man in town. Elaine then runs away from home to this island, and meets Washington. When things are going well between them, Washington's ex-girlfriend suddenly comes back. In the meantime, Elaine's daddy is facing huge financial failure. Ricky offers to help her daddy if Elaine marries him... On Elaine and Ricky's wedding day, Elaine is only dreaming about her "Sam". She is waiting for her 14-year dream, the dream of "An Autumn's Tale" to come true.
